I so admire people like you who share from the heart! I’m so sad you got blasted. I think I know the post (and I think I actually shared some of it because I so agree). Thank you. And I am going to read that book as this is so me!

Bless you Esther. It is only love that transforms the world. This song by Paul Field has been the song of my heart these last few weeks and it sums up what you have been saying. Thank you for encouraging me, May this song bless you too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FoVWJEuZg2E Lyrics:

"Go peaceful

In gentleness

Through the violence of these days

Give freely

Show tenderness

In all your ways

Through darkness

In troubled times

Let holiness be your aim

Seek wisdom

Let faithfulness

Burn like a flame

God speed you

God lead you

And keep you wrapped around his heart

May you be known by love

Be righteous

Speak truthfully

In a world of greed and lies

Show kindness

See everyone

Through heaven's eyes

God hold you

Enfold you

And keep you wrapped around his heart

May you be known by love

God speed you

God lead you

And keep you wrapped around his heart

May you be known by love

May you be known by love"

Yes yes and YES! Also, people are dumb sometimes. 🤷‍♀️

I feel this deeply and I hate that ANYone was mean to you! But I’ve noticed that not everyone sees the hearts of others, and that’s pretty much my only skill

I SEE YOU.

I am so glad, my friend, that you value the vulnerability and trust I place in those who might read my words. And I feel so grateful for the validation that it matters. Trusting the long slow work of love.
